Analysis review
As of August 4, the supply of potassium sulfate continued to be tight, most factories had no inventory, and most orders had continued to the middle or late August. In addition, the ex factory price of potassium sulfate also had a trend of rising when the price of potassium chloride had slightly increased in the earlier period. The actual transaction was mainly based on the order negotiation, but most orders required a waiting period of more than one week for shipment.
With the launch of the market in autumn, the operating rate of downstream compound fertilizer plants was increasing, and there was a small demand for raw materials. The demand for potassium sulfate was good, but the market supply was limited, so some compound fertilizer plants mainly purchased potassium sulfate.
