According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, as of July 21, the reference average price of 85% industrial grade thermal method phosphoric acid in China was 6,600 RMB/ton, which was increased by 0.62% compared to the reference average price of 6,560 RMB/ton on July 17.

Analysis review

The market price of thermal phosphoric acid increased this week. The price of raw material phosphorus yellow had increased, and cost support increased. Downstream procurement was on-demand, the industry was mainly wait-and-see, and the market trading was fair. As of July 21, the ex factory quotation of 85% thermal method phosphoric acid in Yunnan was about 6,700 RMB/ton, that of 85% thermal method phosphoric acid in Hubei was about 6,600-6,700 RMB/ton, and that of 85% thermal method phosphoric acid in Sichuan was about 6,400-6,600 RMB/ton.

In terms of raw material phosphorus yellow, the market price of Yungui phosphorus yellow increased this week. As of July 21st, the quotation for phosphorus yellow in the Yungui region of China was around 23,600 RMB/ton, and the actual transaction was negotiated.

In terms of raw phosphorus rock, the overall domestic phosphorus rock market showed a weak decline this week. As of July 21st, the domestic market reference price for 30% grade phosphorus rock was around 902 RMB/ton.

Market outlook
