SunSirs: PS Supply and Demand Contradiction still Exists
May 15 2023 14:24:22On May 8th, the benchmark price of PS for Business Society was 9600.00 RMB/ton, a decrease of -0.35% compared to the beginning of this month (9633.33 RMB/ton).
PS (Polystyrene) petrochemical manufacturers have lowered their prices, causing styrene to decline. Market concerns have intensified, and supply and demand contradictions still exist. Merchants may make concessions. The mainstream price of GPPS (Polystyrene Sulfide) in the East China market is between 8650 and 10000 RMB/ton, while the mainstream price of HIPS (Polystyrene) is between 9250 and 10500 RMB/ton.
