In addition, due to the high humidity in the southern air, most of the industry insiders considered quality issues, leading to a decrease in purchasing enthusiasm.
The laying hens that enter the elimination period in April are the chickens that were replenished from November to December 2021. During this stage, the sales of chicken fry showed an increasing trend, so there is an expectation of an increase in the number of eliminated chickens in April. However, due to the difficulty in improving the intention of farmers to eliminate chickens in the short term, it is expected that the supply of eliminated chickens will not increase significantly in April.
