This week (3.20-3.24), the Shandong LPG market was weak and down. According to data monitoring by SunSirs, on March 20th, the average price of LPG in the civilian Shandong market was 4,994 RMB/ton, and on March 24th, the average price was 4,990 RMB/ton. The weekly decline was 0.08%, and down 28.25% compared to the same period last year.
Analysis review
This week, the LPG (LPG) in the civilian market in Shandong Province fell after rising, and overall performance was weak. At the beginning of the week, there was a wave of centralized procurement at the civilian end, with the price of LPG rising slightly. Subsequently, low price replenishment came to an end, and there was a clear willingness of upstream to destock, and the market began to reduce prices to sell goods. The enthusiasm for downstream procurement was general, the on-site inventory increased and related products prices were in a weak trend, further constraining the LPG market.
Market outlook
Overall, the current LPG market is in a state of oversupply, with CP expected to decline in April. It is expected that the LPG market will be weak and difficult to change in the short term, and prices will fluctuate and operate lower.
