Sinopec, a major production enterprise, lowered its ex-factory quotation by 400 RMB/ton, which was relatively large and increased market worries. At the same time, new production capacity was launched and superimposed devices were restarted, supply was expected to increase, downstream products continued to decline, and demand performance was weak. Under the weak supply and demand, the spot market price of butadiene dropped significantly.
