The latest price of liquid ammonia (February 23): 4423 RMB/ton, rising in the future
Key points of analysis: On February 22, the price of domestic liquid ammonia market rose significantly. According to the monitoring of the Business Agency, the daily increase in Shandong, the main production area, was 2.71%. Due to the increase of downstream orders and the decline of enterprise inventory, today's large factories generally raised the ex-factory price, with the cumulative increase of 200 RMB/ton in the 21st and 22nd trading days. The downstream agricultural demand increased, the industrial end just needed support, and the liquid ammonia market rebounded. At present, the mainstream quotation is 4400-4500 RMB/ton.
Future prediction: downstream demand is improving, and the conversion of enterprise units to urea aggravates the shortage of liquid ammonia supply. It is expected that the production of liquid ammonia will be limited in the near future, and the output will fall or continue to support the high price. It is expected that the ammonia market may still have room to rise.
