Analysis review

The price of raw materials fell slightly, while the cost of vinyl cyanide fell slightly; The high operating rate of the downstream had rigid support for vinyl cyanide, but as the listing price of manufacturers was raised, the market slightly resisted the high-priced goods.

This week (2.6-2.13), the start of the domestic vinyl cyanide industry was basically slightly lower, and Lihuayi's 260,000 t/a vinyl cyanide unit was shut down. In addition, Zhejiang Petrochemical's 520,000 t/a vinyl cyanide unit was scheduled to operate at 50% load in the middle of February.

Two new units of downstream ABS were put into operation, providing rigid support for vinyl cyanide; Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber started stably and had rigid support for vinyl cyanide.

Market outlook
