According to the monitoring of the Business Agency, the daily increase in the main production area of Shandong was 4.75%. Due to the increase of downstream orders and the decline of enterprise inventory, large factories generally raised the ex-factory price at the beginning of the week, and the cumulative increase of the two days last weekend exceeded 200 RMB/ton. The downstream agricultural demand increased, the industrial end just needed support, and the ammonia market continued to rebound. At present, the mainstream price is 4300-4500 RMB/ton.
Future prediction: downstream demand is improving, and the conversion of enterprise units to urea is gradually increasing. In the near future, the production of liquid ammonia is limited, and the output is low or the price is still high. It is expected that the ammonia market will still rise.
