According to the market monitoring system of important means of production of the Ministry of Commerce, the average price of coal in Yunnan Province last week (January 23-29, 2023) was 1525 RMB/ton, down 0.3% month-on-month. Among them, the average price of anthracite was 1000 RMB/ton, which was flat on a month-on-month basis; The average price of coking coal was 2740 RMB/ton, unchanged on a month-on-month basis; The average price of steam coal was 835.1 RMB/ton, down 1.8% month-on-month. The coal market has sufficient supply and the price has dropped slightly month-on-month. It is expected that in the later stage, the downstream steel plants and other enterprises will replenish the stock as required, and the demand for coal will increase, and the price may rise steadily.
