In August, supported by many factors such as high temperatures and rainy weather caused by typhoons in China, weakened expectations for high yields, reluctance of trading entities to increase prices, and port price hikes to replenish inventory, the domestic corn market prices continued to rise, and raw material costs continued to rise. In addition, the downstream demand for starch remained high, and supported by costs and demand, the domestic corn starch market prices were relatively strong.

Analysts from SunSirs's corn starch products believe that with the dual support of raw materials and costs, it is expected that the domestic corn starch market prices will continue to be strong in the short term.
