In September, the domestic DDGS market showed a weaker overall downward trend. At the beginning of the month, the domestic DDGS market was quoted at RMB 2,555/ton, and at the end of the month, the domestic DDGS market was quoted at RMB 2,510/ton, and the price dropped 1.83%.
Beginning in September, the domestic DDGS market was generally weaker and the main trend was downward. The demand for terminal aquafeeds has decreased, and the enthusiasm for purchasing DDGS by feed factories has declined. Alcohol factories have successively lowered the ex-factory prices of domestic DDGS. The prices have continued to fall for half a month, with a drop of nearly 2%.
Due to the poor domestic DDGS market, some alcohol plants are still shutting down for maintenance, which limits the room for domestic DDGS to fall to a certain extent. Before the Mid-Autumn Festival, the domestic DDGS market is unlikely to fluctuate sharply and has been consolidating.
After the Mid-Autumn Festival, the domestic DDGS market has improved and the overall market has risen slightly. As of September 26, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 2,510 yuan/ton, and the price increased by 0.13%.
After the eleventh, aquatic feeds have been on the market one after another, and the terminal demand is weak. The domestic DDGS market will continue to be weak in the market outlook.
