SunSirs: Terminal Demand is Improving, and China's Domestic DDGS Prices are Rising

Since April, the domestic DDGS market has been heating up one after another, and the price has risen steadily. As of April 25, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 2,616 yuan/ton, and the price increased by 3.92% from the beginning of the month.
Beginning in April, terminal aquafeed farming began to support the price of DDGS. Alcohol factory inventory was low, manufacturers were very expensive, and domestic DDGS prices continued to rise. In late April, the feed factory started stocking up before May Day, and the terminal rigid demand increased. The price of raw corn stopped falling and rebounded. With multiple bullish support, domestic DDGS prices were running at a high level.
On April 25, Heyang Alcohol DDGS was quoted at RMB 2,680/ton, the price increased by RMB 200/ton from the beginning of the month; Ensign’s DDGS was quoted at RMB 2,600/ton, and the price increased by RMB 150/ton from the beginning of the month; Dongfeng DDGS was quoted at RMB 2,670/ton. Tons, the price is the same as at the beginning of the month.
SunSirsDDGS analysts believe that after May Day, the pre-holiday stocking market ends, and the domestic DDGS market may weaken.
