The current price rose by 8.59% month on month, and the current price fell by 2.02% year-on-year.

Since September, the weather is generally good, the cement market demand continues to rise, the inventory is generally low, and the cement price is in the upward channel.

Recently, the weather is fine, the construction of the Yangtze River Delta area is intensive, the cement market demand is rising, the inventory is obviously declining, and the delivery volume of the major cement manufacturers is constantly increasing. In addition, due to the peak production stoppage in some regions, the inventory of enterprises in some regions is generally not high. In recent days, the sales of many places are good. In order to improve profits, cement manufacturers promote the rise of cement prices. The whole cement market is in a high-speed growth channel.

Downstream: from January to July, the national real estate development investment was 7,532.5 billion RMB, with a year-on-year increase of 3.4%, 1.5 percentage points higher than that of January June. Among them, residential investment was 5,568.2 billion RMB, an increase of 4.1%, and a growth rate of 1.5 percentage points. From January to July, the housing construction area of real estate development enterprises was 8,182.8 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 3.0%, 0.4 percentage points higher than that of January June.
