SunSirs: The Purchase and Sale of Soybeans Has Not Fully Recovered While Price is Still Weak and Stable

This week domestic soybean purchase and sales are still cold under strong market stability. The average price of domestic soybean is 3666 RMB/ton at the beginning of the week, and 3666 RMB/ton at the end of the week. The price is flat.

Products: Affected by the epidemic, the purchase and sale of domestic soybeans in the villages in the main producing areas of Heilongjiang province has not fully recovered. A few traders have quoted prices. The purchase price of soybean products has slightly increased. The mainstream quotation is 3.6-3.8 RMB/kg, and the price of traders will be around 2 RMB /kg. Logistics problems remain, with limited purchases by soybean factories and traders, some of which have been suspended for some time.

Data: For the week ending February 13, 2020, U.S. soybean export test volume was 992,294 tons, revised to 640,620 tons for the previous week, and the initial value was 603,852 tons. In the week ending February 14, 2019, U.S. soybean exports tested 1083,567 tons. So far this crop year, U.S. soybean exports have tested a total of 28277,053 tons, compared with 23,812,175 tons in the same period last year.

Market Forecasting: SunSirs agricultural analyst Li Bing thinks at the end of February, domestic soybean prices are still stable. It is difficult to have large fluctuations.
