According to the monitoring data of SunSirs, the average factory price of domestic chlorinated paraffin 52 was 6,166 RMB/ton on October 8, and 6,200 RMB/ton on October 13. This week, the price of chlorinated paraffin rose 0.54%.
Analysis review
The price of chlorinated paraffin rose slightly this week, and the domestic operating rate was about 60%. The raw material liquid chlorine market mainly rose, the overall price of raw material liquid wax fell, and the cost side ran in shock. The market atmosphere of chlorinated paraffin was light and the trading volume was average. As of October 13, the ex factory quotation of chlorinated paraffin 52 in Anhui Province was about 6,600 RMB/ton, that in Northeast China was about 5,800 RMB/ton, and that in Shandong Province was about 6,200 RMB/ton.
In terms of raw material liquid wax, the market price of liquid wax fell this week, and the liquid wax fluctuated with the crude oil market. In terms of raw material liquid chlorine, the market price of liquid chlorine rose this week. Due to the strong price of liquid chlorine, chlorinated paraffin manufacturers mainly supported high price, and they were cautious about the raw material market.
Market outlook
The chlorinated paraffin analysts of SunSirs believe that the trend of liquid chlorine as the raw material of chlorinated paraffin was upward recently, and the cost had certain support. The demand for chlorinated paraffin in the market was not good, and the downstream purchased just on demand, and the demand side had no good news.
