Analysis review
This week, driven by supply and demand in the domestic high-temperature coal tar market, the auction price of new orders rose again. Under the influence of the double pressure of carbon black and raw coal tar transportation, the comprehensive cost of carbon black enterprises continued to rise and prices rose.
In April, the overall operating rate of the carbon black market remained at around 54%. Under the conditions of poor logistics and transportation and increasing costs, it is still difficult for carbon black factories to deliver goods. It is expected that this situation will continue for a period of time. At present, the overall operating load of tire enterprises is stable, the current demand is acceptable, and exports are still good, supporting the operation of tire enterprises.
Market outlook
Overall, it is expected that the market price of carbon black may have room to fall from the high level, but the high cost operation still has a certain bottom support for the price of carbon black.
