According to the monitoring of SunSirs, on April 22, the average production price of paraformaldehyde in Shandong was 5700 RMB/ton, and the quotation of paraformaldehyde was temporarily stable.
On April 19, Linyi Shengyang Chemical Co., Ltd. had an annual output of 9000 tons of paraformaldehyde. The ex factory quotation of paraformaldehyde (96) including tax was 5700-5800 RMB/ton, which was flat compared with the last time, and the goods sold in the market were average. Shandong aldehyde Industry Chemical Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 30000 tons of paraformaldehyde. The quotation of 96 paraformaldehyde is 5800 RMB/ton, which is flat compared with the last time. The goods in the paraformaldehyde market are acceptable. On April 19, Zibo Qixing Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. had an annual output of 10000 tons of polyoxymethylene. The ex factory quotation of Polyoxymethylene (96) including tax was 5500 RMB/ton, which was flat compared with the last time, and the delivery was average.
According to the monitoring data of SunSirs, the average price of domestic methanol producers was 3070 RMB/ton on April 1 and 2835 RMB/ton on April 22, down 7.65%.
Methanol prices weakened, suppressing polyoxymethylene, and polyoxymethylene in business clubs. Analysts expect polyoxymethylene to decline.
