SunSirs: Domestic DMF Prices Rose Slightly and the Focus of Negotiation Was Upwards

According to the data monitored by SunSirs, as of July 2, the average price of domestic premium DMF enterprises was 4,866.67 RMB/ton, the price of the DMF market rose slightly, and the focus of negotiations moved upwards. Compared with the same period last month, the price of DMF increased by 1.39%. Compared with the same period last week, DMF prices rose by 1.74%.
Analysis review
In the domestic DMF market, the focus of negotiations slowly moved upwards, prices rose within a narrow range, traders actively sold, low prices were difficult to find, and prices continued to be firm. As of July 2, Luxi Chemicals offerd 4,550 RMB/ton, Zhangqiu Riyue offerd 4,650 RMB/ton, Hualu Hengsheng offerd 5,400 RMB/ton, Anyang Jiutian offerd 5,300 RMB/ton, Shaanxi Xinghua offerd 4,650 RMB/ton, Guangdong 5,400 RMB/ton, 4,950 RMB/ton in Jiangsu, and 5,050 RMB/ton in Zhejiang.
Some upstream methanol companies stopped for maintenance, and the methanol price increased slightly. At present, the methanol market is mainly fluctuating and the traders are cautious.
The chemical index on July 1 was 669, down 1 point from previous day, down 34.15% from the highest point 1016 (2012-03-13), and 11.87% higher than the lowest point 598 on April 8, 2020. (Note: period refers to 2011-12-01 to now).
Market outlook
