The high prices of raw materials such as butadiene and acrylonitrile have been sorted out, and the cost of NBR continues to support it; After the holiday, downstream rework has been carried out, and the production of the rubber hose industry has gradually increased. There is support for the demand for NBR. The inventory pressure of NBR enterprises is average, and the price of NBR in the market is high and narrow. As of March 18th, the mainstream market price for Lanhua 3305 in East China is around 14,500-14,600 RMB/ton; The mainstream market price for LG nitrile 6250 in South Korea is around 18,200-18,400 RMB/ton; The mainstream market price for Nandi Nitrile 1052 is around 17,000-17,500 RMB/ton.

Recently (3.11-3.18), the prices of raw materials butadiene and acrylonitrile have been at a high level, and the cost of NBR continues to support. According to the commodity market analysis system of SunSirs, as of March 18th, the price of butadiene was 11,532 RMB/ton, which is unchanged from the price on March 11th; As of March 18th, the price of acrylonitrile was 9,637 RMB/ton, unchanged from the price on March 11th.

Recently (3.11-3.18), the domestic NBR plant has been operating steadily.

After the holiday, the production of downstream NBR hoses in China gradually increased to around 6.2%, and the production of insulation foam gradually increased to around 6.5%. The demand for NBR has some support in the market, but downstream inquiries for high-level goods are cautious, and market transactions are flat.

SunSirs nitrile analyst believes that currently, the high cost of butadiene and acrylonitrile raw materials for NBR is supported by high prices. However, although downstream production is gradually increasing, inquiries are cautious and will maintain certain support for NBR in the short term. Overall, it is expected that the NBR market will mainly experience narrow fluctuations in the later stage.
