The liquid epoxy resin market was showing signs of fatigue, with prices continuing to decline. On January 16th, the market quoted factory price of hovered between 12,700 and 13,000 RMB/ton, and the quoted price in Shandong region was as low as 12,600 to 12,900 RMB/ton.
Analysis review
The raw material market continued to be sluggish, with the quoted price of bisphenol A at around 9,150-9,400 RMB/ton and ECH at around 8,050-8,250 RMB/ton. However, downstream purchasing enthusiasm had not shown signs of improvement, leading to an increasingly stagnant trading atmosphere on the exchange.
Market outlook
It is unclear when the sluggish state of the liquid epoxy resin market will usher in a turning point.
