SunSirs: Weak Terminal Demand, China Domestic DDGS Market was Weak and Declining

According to monitoring data from SunSirs, since December, the domestic DDGS market has been weak, with an overall weak downward trend. At the beginning of the month, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 2,377 RMB/ton. On December 19th, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 2,187 RMB/ton, with a price drop of 7.99%.
Since December, the demand for terminal feed has been poor, the raw material corn market has weakened, and the domestic DDGS market has declined weakly. The alcohol factory lacks confidence in raising prices and has lowered the factory price of domestically produced DDGS. On December 19th, the average market price of domestically produced DDGS fell to the first line of 2,100 RMB/ton, a decrease of nearly 8%.
SunSirs agricultural product analyst believes that the demand in the terminal feed industry is weak, and the domestic DDGS market continues to decline weakly, with weak upward momentum.
