According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, since December, the domestic DDGS market has been weak and consolidating, with a significant decline starting from the 12th, with a decline of over 6%. On December 12th, the average market price of domestically produced DDGS was 2,230 RMB/ton, a decrease of 6.2% compared to the beginning of the month.
Poor terminal demand, significant decline in domestic DDGS
Since December, the terminal feed industry has entered the off-season, with the domestic DDGS market weakening and prices continuously declining. Alcohol factories lack confidence in raising prices, market transactions weaken, terminal purchasing power declines, and the domestic DDGS market continues to decline.
