According to the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the average market price of chlorinated paraffin 52 in China on September 8th was 5,350 RMB/ton. On September 14th, the average market price of chlorinated paraffin 52 in China was 5,466 RMB/ton, and the price of chlorinated paraffin increased by 2.18% this week.

Analysis review

The market price of chlorinated paraffin had increased this week. This week, the prices of raw material liquid wax and liquid chlorine had increased, leading to an increase in cost-effectiveness. Under cost pressure, the price of chlorinated paraffin increased. Downstream procurement was on-demand, there had been no significant improvement on the demand side, and the overall market trading performance was average. As of September 14th, the factory price of environmentally friendly grade chlorinated paraffin 52 in Anhui region was around 6,000 RMB/ton, while the factory price of national standard grade chlorinated paraffin 52 in Shandong region was around 5,200-5,600 RMB/ton.

Liquid wax fluctuated with the crude oil market. In terms of raw material liquid chlorine, the price of liquid chlorine had significantly increased this week, the market situation was stronger and the market trading volume increased.
