This week, the market price of silica was stable, with the mainstream price of around 6,000 RMB/ton. The focus of negotiations was stable, downstream procurement was mainly on demand, and the enthusiasm for stocking was average. Manufacturers mainly offered discounts for sales, but the number of new orders was limited. The latest quotation from the enterprise: Shandong Haideng New Materials Co., Ltd. was 6,400 RMB/ton, Jinan Xinhou Trading Co., Ltd. was 5,500 RMB/ton, and Jinan Century Lianxing Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. was 6,000 RMB/ton. The overall price of silica maintained the previous trend.
Chemical Index: On July 24th, the chemical index stood at 828 points, an increase of 2 points compared to the previous day, a decrease of 40.86% from the highest point in the cycle of 1,400 points (2021-10-23), and an increase of 38.46% from the lowest point of 598 points on April 8th, 2020.
