In mid July, the domestic EVA market has seen an increase, and spot prices have stabilized after rising. According to data monitoring from SunSirs, as of July 14th, the average ex factory price of EVA in China was 13,066.67 RMB/ton, an increase of +1.82% compared to the beginning of the month.

The domestic EVA market rose sideways this week. On the supply side, the EVA industry has seen a significant increase in high start-up rates, with the overall load position increasing from around 70% to 80% per month. The market supply is still abundant, and factory inventory pressure is still ongoing. The factory price of the manufacturer has increased, and the profitability of the EVA polymerization plant has slightly improved. The pressure on social inventory has slightly eased, and the confidence of traders has been restored due to the support of aggregation factories. On the demand side, the current demand side has a moderate impact on the EVA price market. The demand for photovoltaic materials is increasing, and terminal enterprises are stocking up periodically, which clearly supports the market. The follow-up of the end companies in both directions of foaming materials is lagging behind, and the actual price is low. At the same time, the impact of the news of the new production device of Gulei in the early stage is still ongoing, and the overall stocking operation on the site is cautious. Enterprises have resistance to high priced sources of goods, and acceptance decreases after price increases.
