SunSirs: China Rapeseed Prices Fell first and then Rose in June

According to the monitoring of the Commodity Market Analysis System of SunSirs, the average market price of domestic rapeseed on June 1st was 6,500 RMB/ton. On June 26th, the average market price of domestic rapeseed was 6,352 RMB/ton, and the quotation during this period decreased by 2.28%. In the first half of June, domestic rapeseed prices continued to decline, with a large number of new rapeseed being launched. The market has a strong wait-and-see attitude, with the market mainly focusing on purchasing just in need and holding a bearish attitude towards the future market. Near the Dragon Boat Festival, the quotation of domestic rapeseed was slightly raised in some areas, the market demand was warmer, and the speed of traders' delivery was acceptable; In addition, the rise in spot prices of oils and fats has driven the price of domestically produced rapeseed. After the festival, it is expected that prices will remain stable.
On June 23rd, the Canadian rapeseed futures market on the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in Vancouver closed lower, with a weekly decline of 0.75%. By the end of the day, rapeseed futures had fallen by 5.80 CAD to 14.20 CAD, of which July futures had fallen by about 5.80 CAD to close at 734 CAD per ton; The November delivery ended about 10 CAD lower, closing at 705.10 CAD/ton; The January delivery ended down about 9.50 CAD to close at 710.80 CAD/ton.
