Recently, the propylene market in Shandong has continued to decline. On the 25th, the mainstream price of propylene in Shandong was 6,350-6,400 RMB/ton, a decrease of 80-100 RMB/ton from the previous day.
Analysis review
Due to the sluggish demand market and a significant increase in upstream inventory, factories continued to reduce prices and destock to stimulate sales. But the demand increment was limited, downstream procurement was cautious, and there was a strong wait-and-see atmosphere.
Market outlook
It is expected that there will be no significant improvement in downstream demand in the short term, and the propylene market will maintain a weak trend.
