SunSirs: Brazil's Corn Exports Decreased by 32% Year-on-year in April
May 05 2023 10:01:36     According to official data from SECEX, Brazil exported 470805.3 tons of corn in April 2023, a decrease of 64.74% from 1335257.5 tons in March and a decrease of 31.80% from 690295.8 tons in April last year.
The export value of Brazilian corn in April was $146.961 million, a decrease of 63.5% from $403.231 million in March and a decrease of 36.6% from $231.815 million in April last year.
The daily average export amount in April was 8.165 million US dollars, a decrease of 33.1% from last April's 12.2 million US dollars.
The average export price of corn is 312.1 US dollars per ton, a 7% decrease from last April's 335.80 US dollars per ton.
