With an annual production capacity of 320,000 tons, this indicates ample market supply or weak demand, suggesting that spot prices may continue to face downward pressure in the short term. This change reflects inventory accumulation or sluggish consumption in the industry, negatively impacting spot market sentiment, and the expected downward price trend will likely suppress producers' profits.

As a downstream product of viscose staple fiber, falling raw material prices could reduce the production costs of rayon yarn, benefiting manufacturers by increasing their profit margins. However, if downstream textile demand is weak, the upward movement of rayon yarn spot prices will be limited, resulting in an overall neutral to slightly positive impact.
