Shanghai UVTECH Inc. is committed to the Research & Development, Manufacture and Technique Support of performance chemicals. Our company's main products include photo initiators, polyimide monomers, low Dk / Df dielectric material, epoxy resin hardener and coating additives etc.

Our production site was located in Shandong province, totally four plants in the chemical zone. The plants are equipped reactors ranging from 50L to 5000L, which can operate various reactions such as Hydrogenation reaction(10MPa), Wolff-Kishner reaction(220℃), Ultra-low temperature reaction(-110℃), Suzuk Coupling, Grignard reaction.
