Zhejiang Yangfan Investment Group includes five subsidiary companies: Zhejiang Shou & Fu Chemical Co., Ltd. (Jinyun County), Zhejiang Yangfan Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. (Shangyu City), Zhejiang Yangfan Chemtech Devel. Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou City), Jiangxi Zixi Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. (Jiangxi Province) and Zhejiang Shou & Fu Chemtrade Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou City) who is responsible for all the international marketing and trading work. The total capital of our group has achieved more than 120 million RMB. And the total area of our three manufacturing bases, who are located in Jinyun County, Hangzhou Gulf Fine Chemical Zone in Shangyu City and Jiangxi Province respectively, has added up to 266,800 m2.

Zhejiang Shou & Fu Chemical Co., Ltd., who is one of wholly-owned subsidiary companies in Zhejiang Yangfan Investment Group, is mainly engaged in Researching, Developing and Manufacturing those fine chemical materials and pharmaceutical intermediates who contain-SH&-S-unctional group. Within last 20 years, Shou & Fu Chemical has successfully developed more than 200 kinds of fine chemical products with-SH unctional group and sulfide and disulfide compounds, sulfone and sulfoxide compounds, thiophene series compounds and pyridine series compounds, and so on. In addition, we achieved ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001 in 1998 and 2002 respectively. Zhejiang Yangfan Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., who is one of wholly-owned subsidiary companies in Zhejiang Yangfan Investment Group, is located in the Hangzhou Gulf Fine Chemical Zone, Shangyu City, Zhejiang Province. It covers an area about 133, 200 m2. This Factory is mainly engaged in manufacturing of some photoinitiators, such as YF-PI 907, etc.
