SunSirs: Sluggish Demand for Terminal Feed, China Domestic DDGS Market Weakening

According to the data monitoring of SunSirs, since December, the domestic DDGS market has continued to decline in a weak way. At the beginning of the month, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 3,216 RMB/ton. On December 6, the average market price of domestic DDGS was 3,196 RMB/ton, down 0.62%.
Since December, the demand for aquatic feed has been sluggish, the alcohol factory lacks confidence in price support, and the price of raw corn and soybean meal has been retreated successively, with multiple negative factors leading to the weakening of domestic DDGS market. The mainstream price of DDGS in the domestic market is about 3,200 RMB/ton, the market fluctuation is small, the transaction is average, and the goods are sold evenly.
SunSirs agricultural product analyst believes that the terminal feed industry has entered the low consumption season, and China domestic DDGS prices will still be weak in the future.
