On November 10, the national phenol market continued to decline in a weak way. Sinopec's phenol offer in East China was reduced by 200 RMB/ton to 9,300 RMB/ton. The negotiated prices in major mainstream markets also fell to varying degrees. The interest in buying at the end of the market was not good. In some areas, the shipment pressure was high due to the health events, and the market trading was obviously insufficient. The negotiated price in the East China market was 9,150-9,200 RMB/ton.
