2、 The trend of steel import and export volume in a single month is differentiated. According to the data of the General Administration of customs, steel exports in May were 7.76 million tons, an increase of 47.3% year-on-year, and steel imports were 810000 tons, a decrease of 33.1% year-on-year. From January to may, China exported 25.91 million tons of steel, a year-on-year decrease of 16.2%; The cumulative import of steel was 4.98 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 18.3%.
3、 Steel prices have changed from rising to falling. According to the monitoring of China Iron and Steel Industry Association, China's steel composite price index was 133.19 points at the end of May, with a month on month decrease of 6.83 points or 4.88%; A year-on-year decrease of 10.88 points, or 7.55%.
4、 Imported ore increased slightly in a single month. According to the data of the General Administration of customs, the import volume of iron ore and its concentrate nationwide in May was 92.52 million tons, an increase of 3.6% year-on-year. From January to may, the import volume of iron ore and its concentrate nationwide was 446.85 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 5.1%.
