SunSirs: Chlorinated Paraffin Prices Rose This Week (November 27-December 4)

According to the monitoring of bulk commodity data, the domestic price of 52 first grade chlorinated paraffins rose this week. Last weekend, the average ex-factory price of the domestic chlorinated paraffin 52 first-class products was 5,033.33 RMB/ton, and this weekend’s average price was 5,166.67 RMB/ton. The price increased by 2.65% within the week.

Analysis review

This week, the domestic price of chlorinated paraffin 52 first grade rose, and the operating rate of enterprises was about 60%. As of the 7th, the ex-factory price of 52 first-class products of chlorinated paraffin in East China was about 5,100 RMB/ton, the ex-factory price of 52 first-class products of chlorinated paraffin in Northeast China was about 5,200 RMB/ton, and the price of 52 first-class products in Northwest China was about 5,200 RMB/ton, the price of 52 first grade chlorinated paraffin in Shandong area was 4,800-5,100 RMB/ton.

In terms of raw materials, the market for raw liquid waxes rose steadily this week, and some companies raised their prices. The market price of raw material liquid chlorine dropped slightly, and the later shipment was not smooth, and the price trend was weak. In terms of demand, downstream companies mainly purchased chlorinated paraffins on demand, and took them as needed.

Market outlook

The chlorinated paraffin analyst of SunSirs believes that the current market for chlorinated paraffin raw material liquid wax is stable and rising, which is strong. Downstream on-demand procurement is the main focus, and the demand is relatively stable. The market trend of chlorinated paraffin is better, and the price is raised.
