The National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration projects that domestic soybean meal inventories at crushing plants will stand at approximately 1 million tons by the end of September.
With soybean meal supplies expected to be ample, rising supply pressure in the spot market is weighing on spot prices. Meanwhile, near-month futures contracts are facing downward pressure due to expectations of abundant inventory, representing a generally bearish factor.
