Rare earth market analysis:

Prices for mainstream rare earth products remained soft but stable today. The average price of praseodymium-neodymium oxide fell by 0.034 million RMB/ton to 0.7222 million RMB/ton, while praseodymium-neodymium metal dropped by 0.042 million RMB/ton to 0.8780 million RMB/ton. Dysprosium oxide saw a decline of 0.012 million RMB/ton to an average of 1.3813 million RMB/ton, and terbium oxide fell by 0.007 million RMB/ton to 6.6123 million RMB/ton. There was limited transaction data today for products such as praseodymium oxide, neodymium oxide, lutetium oxide, europium oxide, and lanthanum-cerium oxide; please treat these figures with caution.

Currently, the rare earth market remains generally sluggish; downstream purchasing fails to provide effective support, and prices for mainstream products continue to consolidate at low levels. Traders and inventory holders show little enthusiasm for quoting prices, with a strong "wait-and-see" sentiment prevailing; consequently, actual transaction prices for certain varieties have edged slightly lower. In the short term, the market lacks clear positive drivers, and the standoff between upstream and downstream sectors persists. Mainstream prices are expected to continue fluctuating within a narrow range as the market awaits a new wave of demand or further clarity regarding policy developments.
