The cement price in East China is 472.20 RMB/ ton on October 1, and 479.90 RMB/ ton on October 14, with an increase of 1.44%. The current price is up 5.74% month on month, and is 1.40% lower than last year.

After the National Day holiday, the market demand in many places recovered well, and the manufacturers' shipment volume went up. In order to improve profits, the cement manufacturers have strong willingness to increase prices. Generally speaking, the whole cement market is in a high-speed growth channel.

In recent days, the price of coke is mainly rising, and the demand of downstream steel mills is better, the start-up is higher, and there is a purchase demand. Port prices are mainly temporary stability, less market supply, port inventory in Shandong Province. After the market coke supply slightly tense, the price of coke is expected to be stable and strong.

Downstream: from January to July, the national real estate development investment was 7,532.5 billion RMB, with a year-on-year increase of 3.4%, 1.5% higher than that of January June. Among them, residential investment was 5,568.2 billion RMB, an increase of 4.1%, and a growth rate of 1.5%. From January to July, the housing construction area of real estate development enterprises was 8,182.8 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 3.0%, 0.4% higher than that of January June.
