SunSirs: China Commodity Data Daily Highlights (June 12, 2026)

On June 11, the Commodity Price Index (BPI) stood at 1,069 points, up 1 point from the previous day. This figure is 20.40% lower than the cycle peak of 1,343 points (recorded on October 19, 2021) and 61.97% higher than the cycle low of 660 points (recorded on February 3, 2016).
According to SunSirs' price monitoring, the commodity price list for June 11, 2026, shows 66 commodities recording month-on-month price increases. These were concentrated in the chemical sector (35 commodities) and the energy sector (9 commodities), with the largest gains (exceeding 5%) primarily occurring in the chemical sector. The top three gainers were sodium citrate (7.53%), sulfuric acid (3.24%), and coke (3.07%). Meanwhile, 48 commodities recorded month-on-month price declines, concentrated in the chemical sector (22 commodities) and the non-ferrous metals sector (13 commodities); the largest drops (exceeding 5%) were mainly in the chemical sector. The top three decliners were 2,4-dichloroaniline (-10.45%), butadiene (-6.65%), and antimony (-3.94%).
