The StoneX report has raised the forecast for Brazil's total corn production for 2025/26 from 135.5 million tons to 136 million tons, with the second season corn production increasing from 106.37 million tons to 106.73 million tons and the first season corn production increasing from 26.59 million tons to 26.78 million tons. As a major global corn exporting country, Brazil's production increase indicates an increase in supply expectations, which may lead to oversupply in the market and exert downward pressure on corn spot prices.
