On February 11, the benchmark price of toluene on SunSirs was 5,430.00 RMB/ton, a decrease of 1.99% compared with the beginning of the month (5,540.00 RMB/ton).

The mainstream price range for toluene in South China on February 11 was 5,450-5,580 RMB/ton, down 20 RMB/ton from the previous trading day. Sinopec South China's listed toluene prices were: Guangzhou Petrochemical 5,500 RMB/ton, Maoming Petrochemical 5,500 RMB/ton, and Zhongke Refining & Chemical 5,500 RMB/ton. Spot trading is expected to be quiet before the Spring Festival. Domestic toluene and xylene prices traded sideways in the previous trading day and are expected to fluctuate narrowly on February 11. Crude oil prices are expected to fluctuate within a limited range, while aromatics prices were slightly stronger overnight, and price spreads for related products were stable. Refineries were under little supply pressure, and port inventories were at a moderate level. With the Spring Festival approaching, market trading is expected to be weak, and prices are expected to remain stable.
