February 11 2026 09:09:40     SunSirs (Selena)

On February 9th, the CFR price of naphtha in Japan was 597.88 US dollars per ton, and the price difference between ethylene and naphtha processing was -157.88 US dollars per ton, an increase of 4.75 US dollars per ton compared to the previous month.

The CFR price of naphtha in Japan has risen to 597.88 US dollars per ton, while the price difference between ethylene and naphtha processing has increased by 4.75 US dollars per ton month on month to -157.88 US dollars per ton, indicating an increase in the cost of naphtha as a raw material. However, the improvement in price difference reflects the possibility of increased downstream demand, supporting spot prices and offering good light and micro profits.

The price difference between ethylene and naphtha processing increased by $4.75/ton month on month, indicating an improvement in ethylene production profits and economic efficiency, which is generally favorable for ethylene spot prices and may stimulate production activities.
