According to SunSirs' commodity price analysis system, the average market price of 55% powdered ammonium biphosphate in China was 3,846 RMB/ton on February 1st, and 3,843 RMB/ton on February 6th. Last week, the market price of ammonium biphosphate decreased by 0.09%.
Market analysis
Last week, the market price of ammonium biphosphate (MAP) fluctuated slightly downwards. The price of raw material sulfur decreased, weakening cost support. Downstream demand was mainly for essential replenishment, with overall demand appearing somewhat weak before the holiday. As of February 6th, the market price for 55% MAP in Hubei province was approximately 3,840-3,900 RMB/ton, in Henan province approximately 3,900-3,950 RMB/ton, and in Sichuan province approximately 3,750-3,850 RMB/ton.
Regarding raw material sulfur: The sulfur market declined last week. Downstream buyers were cautious, and market activity was sluggish. As of February 6th, the reference price for sulfur in the Shandong region was approximately 3,983 RMB/ton.
