December 19 2025 16:26:30
At the regular press conference held by the Ministry of Commerce on the afternoon of the 18th, spokesperson He Yadong addressed the latest developments regarding export controls on rare earth-related items.
He Yadong stated that since implementing export controls on rare earth-related items, Chinese authorities have provided policy briefings to domestic exporters. To my knowledge, applications for general licenses submitted by some Chinese exporters have been received and approved.
