On December 16, 2025, Jiaxing Jingxing Paper Industry in Zhejiang Province reported an adjustment in the price of A-class yellow board paper. The purchase price of waste paper was lowered by 110 RMB/ton, and the adjusted price without tickets was 1,770 RMB/ton upon arrival at the factory.
The purchase price of waste paper has been reduced by 110 RMB/ton, and the adjusted price without tickets to the factory is 1,770 RMB/ton, a decrease of about 5.85%, indicating significant weak market demand or oversupply, which has a significant negative impact on spot prices. This reflects a decrease in the purchasing willingness of paper industry enterprises, which may be due to weakened downstream consumption or increased inventory pressure, and spot prices will be under pressure in the short term.
