Malaysian officials stated that crude palm oil production in Malaysia is projected to increase by 3.4% year-on-year to a record 20 million tons by 2025.
MPOB data shows that Malaysia's crude palm oil production in October increased by 11.02% month-on-month to 2.04 million tons; palm oil exports increased by 18.58% to 1.69 million tons. Prior to the report's release, a survey indicated that October stocks were expected to be 2.44 million tons, production was projected at 1.94 million tons, and exports at 1.48 million tons.
