SunSirs: Malaysia and Indonesia Palm Oil Exports Rose Month-on-month in October

According to a shipping survey agency, the Indonesian Statistics Agency reported on Monday that palm oil exports reached 17.58 million tons from January to September, an increase of 11.62% year-on-year.
The 4.3%-5.2% month-on-month increase in Malaysian palm oil exports and the 11.62% year-on-year increase in Indonesian palm oil exports indicate strong international demand, which could drive tight spot supply and higher prices. The export growth reflects continued expansion in market demand, but the balance risk from potential supply increases needs to be monitored.
