SunSirs: September Statistics on China's Naphtha and Jet Fuel Imports and Exports

China imported 1.52 million metric tons of naphtha in September, marking a 49.8% year-on-year increase. Cumulative annual naphtha imports reached 12.36 million metric tons, up 29.7% year-on-year.

China exported 650,000 metric tons of gasoline in September, down 10.7% year-on-year; cumulative gasoline exports for the year reached 6.33 million metric tons, down 12.3% year-on-year.

Jet fuel exports totaled 1.66 million metric tons in September, up 2.8% year-on-year; cumulative jet fuel exports for the year reached 15.39 million metric tons, up 5.4% year-on-year.

Diesel exports reached 510,000 metric tons in September, up 46.7% year-on-year; with cumulative annual diesel exports totaling 5.08 million tons, down 28% year-on-year.

Refined oil imports in September reached 3.95 million tons, down 11.8% year-on-year; cumulative annual refined oil imports totaled 30.68 million tons, down 17% year-on-year.

September kerosene imports reached 60,000 tons, up 93.8% year-on-year; cumulative kerosene imports for the year totaled 290,000 tons, up 86.3% year-on-year.

September liquefied natural gas (LNG) imports amounted to 5.75 million tons, down 14.7% year-on-year; cumulative LNG imports for the year reached 47.44 million tons, down 16.7% year-on-year.

In September, imports of gaseous natural gas reached 5.3 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 2.8%. Cumulative imports of gaseous natural gas for the year totaled 45.42 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 8.2%.

As an integrated internet platform providing benchmark prices, on October 20, SunSirs' gasoline benchmark price stood at 7,413.60 RMB/ton, down 2.04% from the beginning of the month (7,568.17 RMB/ton).

On October 20, SunSirs' diesel benchmark price stood at 6,384.00 RMB per ton, down 2.89% from the beginning of the month (6,573.83 RMB per ton).

On October 21, SunSirs naphtha benchmark price was 7,386.50 RMB/ton, down 0.51% from the beginning of this month (7,424.00 RMB/ton).
