SunSirs: China Imported 550,000 Tons of Sugar in September
October 20 2025 14:25:16     SunSirs (Selena)According to data released by the General Administration of Customs on October 18th, China imported 550,000 tons of sugar in September 2025, a decrease of about 280,000 tons from August and a year-on-year increase of 35.8%; From January to September 2025, China imported a total of 3.16 million tons of sugar, a year-on-year increase of 9.4%.
On October 20th, the benchmark price of white sugar in SunSirs was 5,853.33 RMB/ton, an increase of 0.69% compared to the beginning of this month (5,813.33 RMB/ton).
